By placing an order on Eve Art Studio you agree to these terms. All pieces are handmade originals or limited-edition works. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive a confirmation email.

3. Shipping

We ship within Spain and selected European countries. Handling time is 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 3–7 additional business days). You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

4. Returns & Cancellations

Please see our Returns & Shipping Policy for full details. Custom commissions are non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Eve Art Studio. Purchasing a piece grants you ownership of the physical work only — reproduction, resale, or commercial use of images requires written permission.
