Returns & Shipping

All pieces are carefully packaged and dispatched from Madrid within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

• Spain: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• EU: 5–10 business days after dispatch

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or are significantly different from their description.

To initiate a return, email us at hola@eveartstudio.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will respond within 2 business days.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are covered by Eve Art Studio for damaged or incorrect items.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
