Returns & Shipping

All pieces are carefully packaged and dispatched from Barcelona within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

• Spain: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Shipping within Spain is included in the price. Nothing is added at checkout.

We ship within Spain only for now. If you are elsewhere and a piece has caught your eye, write to us and we will quote the carrier for it.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or are significantly different from their description.

To initiate a return, email us at hola@eveartstudio.com with your order number and photos of the piece. We will respond within 2 business days.

• Pieces must be returned in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are covered by Eve Art Studio for damaged or incorrect pieces.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
